If you are an individual and have purchased an annual membership, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. This page explains how.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with your name, postal address and, where applicable, your telephone number and email address, as well as your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement, such as a letter sent by post or by email:

You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.
To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
If you have requested that the service commence within the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportional to the part of the service provided up to the point at which you notified us that you were exercising your right of withdrawal, relative to the total amount under the contract.
